Once you have called our helpline, please use option 3 to leave a message for us to return your call.

Please make sure to speak clearly, and leave your name and phone number, and the reason for why you are calling.

Our phoneline handlers will make their best effort to return your call as soon as possible.

*** NOTE ***

Unless instructed to do so in your message, when our phoneline handlers return your call, they will not leave a message on an answering machine nor with anther person who may answer in your absence.
This is done to protect your anonymity.

The caller ID number which may appear on your phone from our callback may be any random phone number. It will not display our helpline number(s).
